🔹 Accessing Assistance
- The Assistance Button is available on the top-right ribbon of the app.
- Tap the Assistance icon to open the Assistance Form.
🔹 Filling Out the Form
- Select the Request Type from the available options, such as:
- Request a waiter
- Need extra cutlery
- Bill clarification
- Menu assistance
- Dietary help
- Provide a brief description or additional notes if needed.
- Tap Submit to send the request.
🔹 Submission & Notifications
- After submission, you will see a confirmation message indicating your request was sent.
- The relevant staff are notified immediately to address your request.
- You can submit multiple requests during your dining experience if needed.

✅ Tracking Requests
- You may receive live updates when staff acknowledge or complete your request.
- All requests are logged for record-keeping and service improvement.
