🙋 Assistance Request

🔹 Accessing Assistance

  • The Assistance Button is available on the top-right ribbon of the app.
  • Tap the Assistance icon to open the Assistance Form.

🔹 Filling Out the Form

  • Select the Request Type from the available options, such as:
    • Request a waiter
    • Need extra cutlery
    • Bill clarification
    • Menu assistance
    • Dietary help
  • Provide a brief description or additional notes if needed.
  • Tap Submit to send the request.

🔹 Submission & Notifications

  • After submission, you will see a confirmation message indicating your request was sent.
  • The relevant staff are notified immediately to address your request.
  • You can submit multiple requests during your dining experience if needed.

  • You may receive live updates when staff acknowledge or complete your request.
  • All requests are logged for record-keeping and service improvement.
